I just finished my third laser appointment with Lousine and I absolutely adore her. The studio is beautiful and inviting (even though it’s a tiny bit hard to find the first time as the exterior looks like any other office building) but once you’re in it’s like a little oasis. There’s always gentle music and essential oils and tons of magazines to make you feel at home. Lousine herself is an absolute Angel. She is so warm, welcoming and gentle. She’s a pleasure to talk to throughout the appointment and is extremely thorough. I’ve NEVER had any procedure done to my face outside of an occasional facial but this place has changed that. I got the courage to try the skin tightening treatment because a girlfriend of mine had done them and looked incredibly refreshed yet herself. After my 1st treatment, I noticed my annoying smile lines were so much better and my face just looked healthier. I can’t put it into words but I just looked better. I just went in for my 2nd treatment and I trust her so much I made an appt for my first Botox and fillers EVER.
